1. Who We Are
ParaGIZMO is a commercial brand focused on smart accessories for paragliding, hang gliding, and similar outdoor and aerial sports.
The Site and all products are legally operated by WishCAM, spletne in fotografske storitve d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia. ParaGIZMO is the commercial brand name; WishCAM d.o.o. is the legal entity for invoicing and legal matters.
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site freely. Creating an account is not required to complete a purchase — customers may check out as guests. Any account creation is optional and intended only for convenience and order tracking.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are 18 years or older;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you accept these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, products, texts, images, graphics, and branding displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of WishCAM d.o.o. / ParaGIZMO, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Usage rights:
- Personal use is always permitted.
- Commercial use (including resale, redistribution, use in commercial services, or incorporation into other products) is permitted only with a separate written agreement with WishCAM d.o.o.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or redistribution — digital or physical — is not permitted.
4. Product Scope & Nature
ParaGIZMO products are designed, 3D printed, and assembled in small batches and are intended for paragliding, hang gliding, and similar sports — as accessory use only.
ParaGIZMO products:
- are not certified aviation or safety equipment;
- are not part of any flight-critical system;
- are non-essential accessories and convenience tools only.
5. Safety & Liability Disclaimer
All ParaGIZMO products are used entirely at the user's own risk. WishCAM d.o.o. assumes no liability for:
- personal injury or death;
- accidents or incidents;
- damage to equipment;
- financial or other loss;
arising from the use, misuse, incorrect installation, or modification of any product. The user is solely responsible for assessing whether a product is suitable for their specific equipment, setup, and skill level.
6. Orders, Payments & Legal Conformity
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. WishCAM d.o.o. does not store credit card information.
No commercial warranty. Due to the nature of the products — including small-batch manufacturing, 3D printing processes, and use in outdoor sports — no commercial or voluntary warranty is provided.
Statutory consumer rights (EU). This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law. WishCAM d.o.o. is liable only for lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery, as defined by applicable EU legislation.
The seller is not responsible for:
- damage caused by improper installation or use;
- wear caused by vibration, load, weather, UV exposure, or sport-specific conditions;
- modifications or adaptations;
- normal wear and tear.
7. Sales Territory & Governing Law
Products are currently sold within the European Union. These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.

9. Changes
