Hey! I'm Grega!

Paraglider, photographer, architect by education, a dad — and the human behind ParaGIZMO.

I've been flying since the end of 2022, which means I'm still relatively fresh… and flying way less than I'd like, haha. That's actually how and why ParaGIZMO was born: partly as an excuse to get myself more into the air, partly as a ticket to explore the world (and the sky), and partly to pull me out of my comfort zone after more than 13 years of working as a professional photographer.

While learning to fly, I quickly ran into small but annoying gear problems when setting up my paragliding equipment. So instead of complaining, I started designing small, practical gadgets that solve real flying annoyances. That's ParaGIZMO in a nutshell. This process also unlocked a completely new passion in me that I didn't even know existed — solving technical problems and then wrapping them in clean, thoughtful design.

I have a mild artistic OCD when it comes to colors, haha, which is why ParaGIZMO products come in multiple color options. I know I'm not the only one suffering from a slight color obsession, haha.

ParaGIZMO is not a multinational company. Every product is designed, 3D-printed, assembled, packed, and shipped by me personally, usually straight from my garage. Each piece is genuinely handmade, one by one, so ParaGIZMO is not about injection-mold perfection but about unique craftsmanship and honest, functional design.

I'm generally positive, always up for action, and I truly enjoy connecting people, sharing stories, and building things that make flying feel just a bit more effortless. The long-term goal is simple: fly more, explore further, and one day cross the Alps.
