Product Safety Notice
This product is a non-certified accessory intended for paragliding, hang gliding, and similar sports. It is not safety equipment, not flight-critical, and must be used entirely at the user's own risk. Improper installation or use may result in equipment damage or personal injury.
Returns & Legal Conformity
ParaGIZMO products are manufactured in small batches and intended for demanding outdoor sports.
No Commercial Warranty
ParaGIZMO does not provide a commercial or voluntary warranty.
Statutory Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers may claim lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery. If such a defect is proven, WishCAM d.o.o. will, where applicable:
- repair the product;
- replace the product;
- or issue a refund.
Proof of defect is required.
Exclusions
Claims will not be accepted for:
- incorrect mounting or use;
- excessive force, vibration, impact, or stress;
- modifications or adaptations;
- environmental exposure;
- normal wear and tear.
